Alice Walton is KPCC's online Politics Reporter.
Prior to joining KPCC, Walton created and published TheCityMaven.com, an online news site about Los Angeles city politics. Walton covered local politics and the occasional Hollywood awards ceremony for City News Service from 2005 to 2009.
Walton has a master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and a bachelor’s degree in print journalism and political science from the University of Southern California. She is a very proud Trojan.
