Laura Krantz Editor, Take Two
Laura Krantz is the Editor of Take Two.
She began her career in radio as an editorial and research intern for All Things Considered in 2006 and quickly rose in the NPR ranks. Most recently, Krantz worked as an editor at Morning Edition. During her time in Washington DC, she produced from the field, worked as a multimedia editor and collaborated with correspondents on major stories, including a December 2011 series from Russia on the 20th anniversary of the Soviet collapse.
A graduate of Whitman College, Krantz earned a master’s degree at Johns Hopkins’ School of Advanced International Studies. She also worked in research roles in chemical/biological weapons non-proliferation and domestic preparedness before launching her journalism career.
Laura was born and raised in Idaho Falls, ID. She loves the outdoors; biking, running and more and is excited about being close to some real mountains.
