I took this picture on my way back from Whole Foods after waiting 20 minutes for our drinks. But Madeleine loves her drink, and so do I (alright, maybe a different flavor), so I endured. But, all of us on the team love good food. And over the next few weeks Madeleine will be taking her perspicacious palate on over to a few different restaurants to cook with some of LA's top chefs, such as Michael Cimarusti of Providence Seafood. He is going to show us how to identify and cook up delicious wild salmon with all of the fixin's.

P.S. If you ask me, Whole Foods should really be called, "A Whole Lotta Time"! ZING!
