A brush fire has burned about 750 acres in the Lebec area of the Tejon Pass, about 60 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles.
Approximately 120 firefighters from Kern County Fire Department, Bureau of Land Management, L.A. County and the U.S. Forest Service are on the scene. The fire was reported at 12:15 p.m. No word on containment was available.
Structures are being threatened and residents are currently being evacuated. Evacuees are being sent to Fraizer Mountain High School.
