KPCC celebrates Terry Gross’ move to noon with a Fresh Air-athon

KPCC listeners will soon have twice as many chances to hear Terry Gross. Beginning Jan. 30, you can hear “Fresh Air” weekdays at noon in addition to its regular time slot of 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

We’re super excited about this programming change.

To celebrate, we asked Terry and her team to share their favorite shows with us. We’ve packaged them into a “Fresh Air-athon” that will air Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.

You’ll hear recent interviews with Oscar-nominated composer Lin Manuel Miranda and classic archival shows, such as Terry’s interview with the late children’s book author Maurice Sendak.

The Fresh Air-athon will preempt our regular programming this weekend. You can still get those shows on iTunes or go to their websites, listed below:
