Debra Bowen, DC tourist

If you come to DC for business or pleasure, what's on your list for sights to see? Lincoln Memorial? The White House? How about a House hearing on how the Supreme Court ruling on campaign finance is going to change elections?

That's what California Secretary of State Debra Bowen did while she was in town for a conference. She says she found the discussion "fascinating."
