Senator Feinstein lists Kagan's resume

Senator Dianne Feinstein made it clear she's a big Elena Kagan fan. "I believe you are eminently confirmable," she told the Supreme Court nominee.

She called Kagan "smart, reasonable, highly respected," and said her lack of judicial experience might actually be a plus. "Frankly, I find this refreshing," she said.
