The CIA is looking for Latinos. Or rather, looking to hire Hispanics.
CIA Director Leon Panetta says the agency needs agents who can "operate credibly and effictively in just about any society." That means "language fluency and a deep understanding of the local culture." Panetta says the CIA "can't afford to have a workforce of people who all think alike."
To help with recruiting, the agency will work with the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities.
