This is what I miss about California

I don't know why they sing "God Bless America" in the middle of a ballgame. I know it's a holdover from after 9/11. I think "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" is pretty darn patriotic. But I digress. How perfect was it that at a ballpark in San Francisco, "GBA" was sung by a cast member from the longest running, campiest show in town? (Beach Blanket Babylon) Tammy Nelson was wonderfully larger than life with ruffles and a headpiece big enough to be seen from the cheap seats. Only in California.
