The ruling on Proposition 8's constitutionality is due Wednesday

Should the federal judge's decision be released before or during Wednesday's AirTalk, we'll spend considerable time talking about it.  Regardless of Judge Vaughn Walker's ruling, the losing side is expected to appeal. 

We'll open up the phones for listeners to respond to the decision, and we'll plan to talk with representatives of each side's legal teams.
