Los Angeles Lakers Hall of Fame player and current part owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers Magic Johnson attends the game with the Dallas Mavericks at Staples Center on Oct. 30, 2012 in Los Angeles.

It’s a ways off — almost a year — but the Dodgers are giving out bobbleheads of minority share team owner Magic Johnson next season.

The Dodgers announced their 2013 schedule Friday. Those Earvin “Magic” Johnson bobbleheads will be hitting Dodgers fans’ hot little hands on Sept. 12, 2013.

Wait, is that Magic's head already bobbling in that picture above?

If you can’t wait that long, they’re also giving out Magic Johnson T-shirts. You can get one of those on May 28.

Will you make it a point to get to Dodger Stadium so you can secure your own Johnson bobblehead? How many other fans are you ready to trample to get one?

Other bobblehead giveaways next season will include Hall of Famers Sandy Koufax, announcers Vin Scully, Jaime Jarrin and Rick Monday, current stars Adrian Gonzalez, Matt Kemp and Hanley Ramirez and — of course — a Dodgers Hello Kitty.

There are three more bobbleheads yet to be announced. Come 2015, with Star Wars: Episode VII hitting theaters, I’m rooting for a Star Wars Night with Boba Fett bobbleheads. Or maybe Old Man Han Solo.

The 2013 season opens April 1 and the regular season ends Sept. 29.
