An open letter from Guns N' Roses singer Axl Rose circled the digital planet yesterday stating his displeasure about "reunion lies," and declining Saturday's induction to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

"Since February, Rose has remained mum on his plans, even as guitarist Slash has spoken out in favor of a Rock Hall reunion -- and acknowledging Rose's antipathy. 'He hates my guts,' Slash told Rolling Stone in early April," notes the L.A. Times.

Announcement of the ceremony and concert prompted speculation about a possible on-stage collaboration of the famed (Axl / Slash / Steven Adler / Izzy Stradlin / Duff McKagan) lineup. Rose criticized the murmurs in his letter calling out Adler specificially for a years-old article in Billboard.

L.A.'s favorite 1980s deli rockers are set to be honored this weekend alongside the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Beastie Boys and others.
