With provisions, LA Sheriff Lee Baca is OK with driver's licenses for illegal immigrants

The announcement, via the L.A. Times, is similar to previous statements he has made, and comes a day after LAPD Chief Charlie Beck told the Times he, too, backs access to driver's licenses for illegal immigrants.
