California continues to show signs of economic recovery, adding 18,200 new jobs during March, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported. According to the L.A. Times, March's numbers continue the state's eighth straight month of positive job growth. The report also showed that California's March unemployment rate rose from 10.9 percent in February to 11 percent. The Employment Development Department is also expected to release a jobs report on California later today, the Times said. Matt DeBord will have more on this later.
