Times, March's numbers continue the state's eighth straight month of positive job growth. The report also showed that California's March unemployment rate rose from 10.9 percent in February to 11 percent. The Employment Development Department is also expected to release a jobs report on California later today, the Times said. Matt DeBord will have more on this later.
