The U.S. Supreme Court handed down four decisions this morning. But none of them were the two blockbusters court watchers have been waiting for — decisions on the Arizona immigration law SB 1070 and the federal Affordable Care Act.
The justices did read decisions on Indian gaming, DNA evidence and overtime pay.
Justice Elena Kagan apologized to the packed house, saying it was “maybe not what you all came for today.”
The next opportunity for a decision is Thursday.
