Police have arrested the owner of a traffic school in Van Nuys, saying Otto Escobar made and sold traffic school certificates, Guatemalan passports and forms for temporary entry into the U.S. out of his O.K. Driving School.

Investigators say they found rubber stamps with fake state and federal seals, reams of blank DMV paper and blank Guatemalan passports.

Escobar is facing charges of preparing false documents for court. He's out on $20,000 bail.

The probe began more than four years ago and involved sheriff's detectives as well as DMV and Immigrations and Customs Enforcement investigators.
