One of the biggest names in Olympic swimming, Ryan Lochte, is relocating to Los Angeles.
Gold medalist Lochte, 27, is planning to take a chance in Hollywood, according to Robert Kovacik of NBC4. He's been offered a film deal by Will Ferrell and is working on a development deal with the CW Network.
“He’s looking forward to our beaches, he’s looking forward to our weather," Kovacik said. "He says he can’t go anywhere too cold and likes Southern California.”
Missy Franklin, the 17-year-old who also won gold in swimming, is considering a move to L.A. to attend USC.
The Olympics wrap up this weekend in London.
