Police plan their strategy to search Mihyalo Hall at Cal State Fullerton in Fullerton, Calif., Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012. One of five robbery suspects, believed to be armed, has barricaded himself inside the building. No one was found.

Police have arrested a fourth man in connection with a jewelry store robbery and shooting in Moreno Valley that led to a police pursuit and forced the lockdown of the Cal-State Fullerton campus earlier this month.

The Orange County Register reports that 26-year-old Roosevelt Fernandez was booked Wednesday for investigation of attempted murder, robbery and conspiracy.

Authorities say Fernandez and three others stormed into a combination pawn shop and jewelry store Dec. 13. A clerk was shot during the robbery and the four men, along with a getaway driver, sped away and led police on a high-speed chase.

The vehicle was stopped and the suspects scattered, including one who was believed to have hidden on the Cal-State Fullerton campus. A search of the campus was unsuccessful.
