Neil Young, Jackson Browne, Elton John, Mavis Staples, Sting, Mumford and Sons and more than a dozen other artists will salute Springsteen, MusiCares' "Person of the Year" for artistic and philanthropic achievement.

The sold-out show will benefit the organization's emergency financial assistance and addiction recovery programs. MusiCares exists to ensure "that music people have a place to turn in times of financial, medical and personal need," notes the Recording Academy.

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band recently transformed Anaheim's Honda Center into the Bossiest place on Earth during a Southern California tour stop.

Days later, he was nomintated for three 2013 Grammy Awards —
