Oscargeddon, y'all.  Any and all attempts to drive through Hollywood this weekend will be met with immense frustration, followed by lateness, followed by sadness, and circling back to frustration. You will have plenty of time in gridlock to ponder the stages of your traffic grief.

In advance of the 85th annual Academy Awards on Sunday, Feb. 24, the City of Los Angeles has announced a final list of street closures and temporary parking restrictions for the area around the Theatre   formerly known as Kodak.

LIST: See full list of street closures and parking restrictions below

It takes a village to shut down a city, and a number of agencies — LADOT, CALTRANS, LAPD and LAFD — all pitched in to plan the security strategies and public safety measures responsible for slowing down your cross-county commute.

Should you find yourself violating the strictly-enforced restrictions, here's the official police garage where you can find your car:  Hollywood Tow |1015 N. Mansfield Avenue Ave, Los Angeles |323-466-8583  (would-be motorists can also call 311 or  search online  for towed vehicles).

Parking restrictions and traffic detours have been impacting Hollywood since Feb. 17 — i.e. Hollywood Boulevard is already closed between Highland and Orange Drive — and the holdup is expected to continue through Tuesday, Feb. 26.
