Amanda Bynes, the blonde actress who was once a Nickelodeon channel darling, was arrested early Friday morning for sideswiping a car in Santa Monica.
The "Easy A" star didn't pick just any old vehicle to hit, her victim was a Santa Monica Police cruiser.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department report states that Bynes attempted to pass the police vehicle as it prepared to make a right turn at around 3 a.m. in West Hollywood when her BMW struck with the right rear panel of the police cruiser, causing minor damage to both vehicles.
The 26-year-old's bail was set at just $5,000 but she is reportedly still in police custody.
Last month the "What A Girl Wants" actress was allegedly talking on her cell phone when she was pulled over by police when she reportedly bolted from authorities, according to TMZ. Bynes later returned to station to sign the ticket.

Whitney Houston performs at the pre-Grammy gala on Feb. 13, 2011 in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Whitney Houston, the multi-Grammy winning singer, has died, according to the Associated Press.
Publicist Kristen Foster said Saturday that the pop star of the '80s and '90s had died, however the cause or her location were unclear.
Houston, who was married to pop singer Bobby Brown, reeled off a collection of hits in the '80s like "How Will I Know," and ''Saving All My Love for You". One of her biggest sellers was in the '90s the Dolly Parton penned "I Will Always Love You." from the film "The Bodyguard," in which she starred.
In 1991 before Super Bowl XXV, Houston sang the "Star Spangled Banner", a rendition that was hugely popular and was a hit single. Ten years later after the terrorist attacks of September 11, the single was re-released and skyrocketed to number 6 on the pop charts.
