Frances Bean Cobain hasn't had the best luck in her Hollywood home.

Earlier this year she lost her cat Zero and offered a $5,000 reward but no one returned the black feline.

Then Saturday, while the only child of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love was out of town, a relative tasked to take care of Cobain's dog spotted Marc James Franco doing laundry in the home. The relative called police.

Franco told the police that he was a friend of Ms. Cobain's. When she was contacted she denied the claim and the gentleman was arrested.

Franco plead not guilty Tuesday to first degree burglary. He could face up to six years in prison if convicted.

In September another daughter of a famous father encountered an intruder while she was away from her home. Jason Luis Rivera was sentenced last week to 18 months behind bars when he was caught with scissors outside singer Mylie Cyrus's L.A. home.

Matt Barnes, the former Laker and current Clipper forward plead no contest Tuesday to being an unlicensed driver and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors, according to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office.

The drama started in June when the journeyman scorer was originally charged with driving with a suspended license. On July 30, when Manhattan Beach police tried to arrest him on an outstanding warrant for that charge, he allegedly resisted.

The heavily tattooed Barnes, 32, was not present in court today when his plea of no contest to an amended unlicensed driver and resisting arrest was entered through his attorney. His lawyer produced proof that he had a valid license according to the D.A.

Judge Burt Pines sentenced the 6 foot 7 inch UCLA grad to two years summary probation, ordered to complete 30 hours of community service and instructed Barnes to attend counseling for three months.

Skateboarding may not be a crime, but pulling a fire alarm in the middle of the night is.

The two-time Olympic gold medalist Shaun White hit a low yesterday when he allegedly went on a drunken rampage at the swanky Loews hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.

According to a statement by the Metro Nashville police department, "officers responded to the hotel at 2 a.m. Sunday regarding an intoxicated man, reportedly White, who allegedly pulled a fire alarm at the hotel which caused the evacuation of all guests.  An employee also said that he saw White destroy a hotel phone."

Police say the flamboyant White, a San Diego-native known as "The Flying Tomato", allegedly tried to escape, not by skateboard (from which he has won several X-Games medals) but via taxi. Unfortunately for him, a concerned citizen blocked the cab and told the driver he was calling the cops.

An Orange County pastor has been sentenced to 330 years in prison for sexually assaulting five boys who were members of his parish.

The district attorney's office said Friday that 69-year-old Oscar Perez was convicted of 26 felony charges relating to the assaults during a trial in July.

Prosecutors say Perez assaulted the boys, ages nine to 15, from 2007 to 2011 while they were visiting or sleeping over in his Lake Forest apartment.

One of the boys told his mother, who reported it to the sheriff's department. The subsequent investigation revealed four other victims.

Perez represented himself as an Apostolic pastor and bishop at Iglesia Antigua in Laguna Hills. Prosecutors say he gained the boys' friendship by having them assist with church services.
