Authorities find body of a man dressed in women’s clothing in a Victorville ditch

The body of a man dressed in women’s clothing was found in a ditch in Victorville on Tuesday, but investigators currently are not currently calling the case a murder investigation.

Kevin Jason Cloyd, 34, was found dead at about 8:30 Tuesday morning near Hesperia Road and Sunset Avenue, according to the San Bernardino Sun.

If authorities think Cloyd may have been murdered, they are not saying so publicly, stating only that they are investigating his death and awaiting autopsy results.

Cloyd’s Facebook page indicates that he was fond of tattoos, and at least one friend of his -- as seen on the Facebook page -- had his face covered with them. Although the image above doesn’t show it, when sheriff’s deputies found Cloyd’s body they reported that a diamond shape, along with a number, had been tattooed onto his face (the Victorville Daily Press has a picture of him with those markings here.)
