Dennis Rodman, known for his outrageous lifestyle and wardrobe brought a Chicago Bulls cap with him to court today in the City of Orange.

The NBA Hall of Fame forward was in the Orange County courthouse Tuesday to learn his fate after he failed to pay upwards to $800,000 in spousal and child support to his ex-wife.

It appears that the cap brought him good luck as "The Worm" wiggled out of what could have been a sentence of 20 days behind bars for being in contempt of court. Instead, the former Piston, Spur, Laker and Bull was simply ordered to return to court at the end of May.

Perhaps during that time Rodman can work on cleaning up his finaces and his reportedly failing health.

According to his lawyers (who are working pro-bono), the All-Star is broke, ill, and unemployable due to a drinking problem.
