Megabus returns to LA, expands service in time for holiday travel

Angelenos will have a busload of new holiday travel options this year. Megabus.com — the low-cost, express bus service that briefly rolled through Los Angeles in 2007 — will be returning next month with expanded operations across California and Nevada

Travel times will vary depending on day of the week and time of day. Los Angeles-to-Las Vegas, for example, ranges from just over five hours, to just under six and a half hours.
