San Francisco Bay just off the Embarcadero near Howard Street. The body of missing Dodgers fan Victor Murillo was pulled from water near this location on Wednesday.
The San Francisco Chronicle reports that the body of missing Dodgers fan Victor Murillo was found floating in the bay just off the Embarcadero. Authorities say the 27-year-old vanished after a Giants game in San Francisco on June 25.
Murillo, a prison guard from Yolo County, disappeared while walking with a friend to a parking lot on Piers 30-32 around 10:40 p.m., say officials.
The friend looked down to type a text message and when he looked up Murillo was not there. The friend believes he fell into the water, reports the Chronicle.
A passerby spotted the body just before 8 a.m on Wednesday morning about four blocks from the reported disappearance.
The investigation into Murillo's death continues.
