KPCC Gives Away a Honda Insight 89.3 KPCC gave away a 2004 Honda Insight Hybrid during our Fall 2003 pledge drive. The sporty two-seater, courtesy of American Honda Motor Co., was recently presented to winner Karen McTier, at a local Honda dealer. On May 19, KPCC Member Karen McTier of Burbank happily took possession of the brand new addition to their garage, a fuel-efficient 2004 Honda Insight. Ms. McTier reaped the benefits of becoming a KPCC member when her donation made her eligible to win the car. Ms. McTier is greeted by KPCC President and CEO Bill Davis, who, along with Honda representative Juan Avila, thanked for her contribution to KPCC and congratulated on her win. The Insight, donated by American Honda Motor Co., is a very stylish and environmentally friendly ride. Ms. McTier is looking forward to spending less on gas in the future. We wish her happy trails!
