89.3 KPCC is partnering with StoryCorps Griot to share a collection of the stories gathered during the month-long stay of the StoryCorps MobileBooth at the California African American Museum.

StoryCorps, the national storytelling project, has been recording interviews with local African-Americans as part of StoryCorps’ Griot Initiative-- an effort to ensure that the voices, experiences, and life stories of African-Americans are preserved and presented with dignity for future generations.

ADMISSION IS FREE, but RSVPs are required. Reservations will be available on Thursday, April 7th.
