How does our relationship with farmers shape our relationships with hunger and with food? Cornerstone Theater Company and host 89.3 KPCC partnered to bring you an audience-inclusive conversation, featuring a distinguished panel of organic farmers, that examined this and other questions.

The panel, representing farms in San Bernardino and Kern Counties, shared their stories, philosophies, and perspectives in this forum about the “family farm”, its connections to the spirit, art, and practice of organic farming, and its role in the future of sustainable food.

This event was presented as part of Cornerstone Theater Company's city-wide event - Creative Seeds: Performances, Conversations and Exploration, which runs from Nov. 7 – Nov. 20, and launches the Hunger Cycle, a five-year Cornerstone series of nine world premiere plays.
