Haworth breaks PanAmerican record at the 2005 Pan American Championships, lifting 352 pounds

She’s 5’8”, weighs 300 pounds and is formidable. Community Cinema and KPCC partnered to bring you STRONG!, a moving documentary that follows weightlifter Cheryl Haworth as she struggles with injury, self-confidence and body image on the road to the 2008 Olympic Games.
