Women At Work and Southern California Public Radio presented Why Women Succeed: The Art of Re-Invention on Tuesday, June 19, 2012. Moderated by Pasadena Vice-Mayor and Women At Work Advisory Council member Margaret McAustin, this panel discussion brought together four innovative, creative, entrepreneurial women who moved from one career to another highly successful endeavor. From academia to writing to human resources to workplace management, these women discussed where their employment began and how they successfully transitioned to a new profession.
