Screening of documentary on race and water sports

The documentary film, "White Wash," explores race in America through the history of African Americans and water culture, looking at the black surfing community. A panel discussion will follow the screening. Panel speakers include: director Ted Woods; founder of Rick Blocker; Historian and UC Santa Barbara Doctoral Student, Alison Rose Jefferson; and surfer, artist and educator Andrea Kabwasa.
