This fun and informative introduction to olive oil and salt tasting will explore the history of two ingredients that many take for granted, but have shaped the way we eat and appreciate food.
From frying to flavoring, Rachael Narins and Suzanne Griswold (aka Chicks with Knives) will demonstrate how these ancient pantry staples have enhanced our culinary repertoire and have never gone out of style.
