Battlefield, Boardroom or Classroom - Decisions Matter

This event took place on:
Monday, August 20, 7:00 - 8:30pm

Making good decisions – seems simple, right? Whether you manage your organization or work among the ranks, turning left or right is a choice facing every one of us every single day. Throw in a crisis, and some just spin in circles instead of moving forward. Good leaders are supposed to make good decisions, but even they often don’t have a clue where to begin.

Army Colonel Jeff McCausland knows leadership in the battle field and in the boardroom, and he shares his experience with us at the Crawford Family Forum, where he joins Frank Stoltze and Huntington Beach’s school superintendent, Greg Plutko, with insight and advice on ethical leadership. Join the conversation and tell us about your own quandary and how you solved it.

Frank Stoltze, KPCC reporter
