Making good decisions – seems simple, right? Whether you manage your organization or work among the ranks, turning left or right is a choice facing every one of us every single day. Throw in a crisis, and some just spin in circles instead of moving forward. Good leaders are supposed to make good decisions, but even they often don’t have a clue where to begin.
