Prop. 83 Getting Eighty-Sixed?

Seven out of ten California voters approved Proposition 83 on Tuesday. But the new restrictions on sex offenders within the measure may be too tough for the public to place on these criminals. A judge has now blocked enforcement of a controversial provision within the proposition. We'll hear about the objection and what the legal outlook may be.
