How has LA film flight affected you?

California is a world leader in jobs for film, TV and video production. Recent estimates find 159,000 people work in these industries across the state, generating near two-thirds of the money earned in this sector nationwide.

But those jobs are a battleground. Most U.S. states now offer incentives to attract film and TV production, hoping to ultimately lure talented employees, production facilities and creative effort away from Southern California.

KPCC journalists want to know how—if at all—you've been affected by this trend.

Do you work in the entertainment industry? Have you worked around projects in or out of state, affected by this tug-of-war? Share your insights and help shape KPCC's coverage.

Everything you share will be read by journalists only, and your responses are confidential unless you tell us we may publish them.
