Dental care: Is yours basic, exotic or non-existent?

Americans spend more than $91.5 billion each year on dental care, with about 44 cents of each dollar spent an out-of-pocket expense, according to the Centers for Disease Control.

While some of us find basic dental care hard to afford, others are spending plenty on exotic or cutting edge treatments.

So KPCC would like to hear your story about the kind of dental care you use, how you pay for it, and what could make it better.

Fill out the form below to share your experiences with KPCC. Your responses are confidential and seen only by journalists. We read every comment and a reporter may follow up with a call for more information or an interview. Nothing you share here will be aired or published without your permission.
