Southern California is home to the largest population in the United States of veterans and active military personnel returning from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. They are coming home to economic uncertainty, government bureaucracy and a culture that doesn't always understand the experience of war.
Journalists at KPCC have teamed with American Public Media to report on the student veteran experience. Help shape our reporting by sharing your thoughts and experiences.
We may include your insights in our upcoming stories or contact you to find out more. Your information will remain completely confidential unless you explicitly give us permission on the form to share your insights.
You are invited to join Southern California Public Radio and American Public Media on May 7 for a lunchtime conversation on the pathways and roadblocks to veterans' success in higher education. Click here to learn more and RSVP.
