Residents Sound Off on Chief Bratton

The Los Angeles Police Commission held a public hearing Monday night on whether Chief Bill Bratton should serve another five year term. The panel heard mostly voices of support, but some people have strong reservations about Bratton's record in poorer neighborhoods of the city.
