FBI opens civil rights investigation into Burbank Police Department

The FBI is investigating whether Burbank police officers committed civil rights violations. The FBI reportedly is focusing on 12 current and former Burbank police officers and their use of force. KPCC's Kari Moran spoke with reporter Frank Stoltze about the story.
