Governor Schwarzenegger optimistic about water deal

Governor Schwarzenegger says he’s optimistic that lawmakers will reach a deal soon on a plan to overhaul California’s aging water system. Governor Schwarzenegger has threatened to veto hundreds of bills if there isn't a deal by Sunday. KPCC's Shirley Jahad spoke with State Capitol Reporter Julie Small about the latest developments.
