Clean Trucks lawsuit settled between Long Beach, ATA

The Port of Long Beach and the American Trucking Association have settled a year-old lawsuit the trucking industry brought to stop portions of the Clean Trucks Program.
The move leaves the Port of Los Angeles alone in federal court defending the program and L.A.'s provisions requiring trucking companies to make drivers employees.
