Local agencies, groups provide H1N1 'swine flu' vaccination clinics

Several organizations are offering free H1N1 "swine flu" vaccination clinics this month. The vaccine is being limited to certain higher-risk groups. Below is a listing of some of the upcoming clinics in Orange and San Bernardino counties.

Orange County free children's H1N1 flu vaccine clinics

Only children from 2 to 18 years old, people who live with or care for infants younger than 6 months of age, and health care/emergency medical services personnel who have direct (physical) contact with patients (employment documentation required)

Both nasal and injectable H1N1 vaccines available

Only pregnant women, children, and young adults aged 6 months to 24 years old, people who live with or care for infants younger than 6 months old, anyone 25 to 64 years of age with certain chronic medical conditions or a weakened immune system, and health care and emergency medical personnel

Both H1N1 flu shot and FluMist vaccine available (no seasonal flu vaccine at these clinics)
