Charges not expected in Michael Jackson death before 2010

Prosecutors and police investigators don't expect to file charges in connection with Michael Jackson's death before 2010.

Law enforcement officials told the Los Angeles Times that there is a lot of evidence to review, some of it complex medical data. They have sought the help of outside medical experts.

A decision on whether to file criminal charges is "months rather than weeks away," one source told the newspaper.

Dr. Conrad Murray, Jackson's personal physician, who provide him with the anesthetic propofol that coroner's officials say killed the pop singer, has been identified as a suspect in the manslaughter investigation in search warrants and remains the focus of the probe.

LAPD detectives, prosecutors, and outside medical advisers need to review the large quantity of information before a final decision is made on how to proceed in the case.

Murry has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and insists he gave then-appropriate medical aid when he found Jackson not breathing. His attorney has stressed that Murray is fully cooperating with the authorities.

The physician told police Jackson was dependent on propofol to sleep and that he was trying to wean the singer off the drug. Murray returned to work at his Houston medical office last week.

It doesn't matter wheter or not he was trying to ween him of of this medicine. He is the doctor and he took and oath. He is responsible for his action and he is the one that should have said no. But money talks and bull==== walks. So you figure it out why he gave it to him and now he saying he was weening him off of this lol The LAPD needs to take him arrest him and throw away the key. He already admitted of giving the medicine to Michael what more do they need. They have the cornors report. Unless there are other that are involved which I believe there are. May they get the one or ones that are responsible for taking this angel from his mother, children and fans. May they find and take the ones that are responsible for what they did and lock them away for along time or just throw the key away May you rest in peace Michael we love you miss you and forever remember you
