United Way issues report on LA County's last decade
In the last decade, the high school graduation rate in Los Angeles County has remained flat at 60 percent. Many of the county’s families still live in poverty, and affordable housing remains out of reach for growing numbers of people.
A new report from the United Way calls the picture of Los Angeles "A Tale of Two Cities: One Future."
