Several ramps around the interchange of the Harbor (110) and Santa Monica (10) freeways will be closed beginning tonight as part of a project to ease congestion.
The closures will occur between 10 p.m and 5 a.m., beginning tonight and lasting through Thursday morning.
Affected will be connectors from the southbound Harbor Freeway to the east- and westbound Santa Monica Freeway.
Also, between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., the Ninth Street off-ramp and 11th Street on-ramp on the northbound Harbor Freeway will be closed, along with the 11th Street on-ramp and Eighth Street on-ramp to the southbound Harbor Freeway.
Westbound and eastbound connectors to the northbound Harbor Freeway from the 10 will also be closed.
The $125 million project is scheduled for completion by summer 2013.
