Garden Grove police investigate stabbing at Bolsa Grande High School

Garden Grove police today sought whoever stabbed a teenager during a fight in front of Bolsa Grande High School.

The boy, whose name was withheld, was stabbed in a fight in front of the school about 5:35 p.m. Tuesday, Garden Grove police Lt. Jeff Nightengale said.

Five to seven youths were fighting, and one of them was stabbed, he said.

The boy, who was not a student at the school, was taken to a hospital to be treated, but Nightengale said his wound was not life-threatening.

No immediate arrests were reported.
