Tustin fire destroys 2 vehicles, burns out garage

A fire destroyed two vehicles and gutted a garage in Tustin today, but no one was hurt.

Firefighters sent to the 14700 block of Del Amo Avenue about 6 a.m. quickly doused the flames, according to an Orange County Fire Authority dispatcher.

A dog didn't make it out of the fire, according to witness Rachel McGaughey.

The cause of the fire was under investigation. A damage estimate was not immediately available.
