Dozens arrested in Medicare scheme

Dozens of people have been charged by Manhattan prosecutors in a $100 million Medicare fraud scheme. FBI agents arrested several of the suspects today in New York and Los Angeles.

Authorities say some have links to Armenian organized crime.

The suspects allegedly stole the identities of both doctors and patients. Authorities say they used the names to submit fake bills to Medicare.

The suspects were to appear in federal court later Wednesday to face racketeering charges.
